Oi Gente!!!

Saucy wings, as far as I know, have become more of a thing in Brazil in the recent years.  I had never really seen baked wings, or wings basted with a sauce ever in my life until I came to the US.  In Brazil, in terms of wings, all I really knew were bbq wings, which were for the most part, pretty simple; all we did was season them with coarse salt, throw them on the charcoal bbq and boom, done.  As for sauce, the only “sauce” there was, was the traditional molho a campanha, our salsa vinaigrette.  If you never tried them this simple, do it!  It is soooooo good.

When I moved to the US and was introduced to wings with bbq sauce and buffalo wings, I became ridiculously obsessed with this “sauce on wings” business.  You must be saying “well, duhhhh” and if you are, I totally agree with you.

So here is another one of my finger licking wings recipes that I hope you love.  They are super easy to make, super tasty, and a little bit sweet.  They can be prepared on the grill, but I have made them in the oven as well and they turn out just as delish.  I mean, we are talking, butter, honey and Sriracha… in other words, hell to the yeah!

Try them on your next game night!!  Don’t forget to take a picture and share with me on Instagram by tagging me or using #cookingwithaline so I can see how you’re partying with these wings!!

Bom Apetite!!
